Inshallah – expats

A lot of expats find the word ‘Inshallah’ to be annoying.

Sometimes they need a reply to be ‘yes’ or ‘no’ and when Inshallah is replied instead they get so frustrated, because to them it’s not a good enough reply and it’s not a confirmation.

But to me Inshallah means yes – by God’s will so it’s not like i am saying ‘no’ or ‘maybe’ when I say Inshallah.

Are Bahraini people using this word too casually? When they say Inshallah are they confirming or are they saying maybe?

p.s. I’m not just asking, im asking because i see it happening around me.
