There are two Eids… One after Ramadan -Eid Al Fitr this is dictated by the moon sighting…. you can normally estimate 30 days after Ramadan starts and Eid Al Adha… this commences NOvember 16th

Depends on the sighting of the moon, as the Islamic calender is lunar and is 11days shorter than Gregorian calendar (which is solar)
Eid Al-Fitr = Aprox. 10th – 12th September
Eid Al-Adha = Aprox. 17th – 19th November
