Resignation and Transferring to other job

I work already 3 years and more for one company and i already got my vacation. Now, my question is, what should i do to shift to another job? Whats the process of resignation here in bahrain? Do i need to pay something for my sponsor? Because he holds my passport. Any helpful answer would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
