LuLu International Exchange yesterday opened its newest branch in Manama.

With this branch, the company’s presence in the kingdom has now risen to three outlets.

The company is the global remittance and foreign exchange branch of UAE-based LuLu Group.

The emerging brand started operations in the kingdom in October this year, and plans to open six branches next year to expand its footprint, its top official told the GDN.

“By opening this branch, we aim to create stronger ties with our customers and offer them a more convenient way to use our services,” LuLu International Exchange managing director Adeeb Ahamed said.

“LuLu International Exchange continues to focus on increasing its market share while expanding its presence across the kingdom, reaching out to new areas and allowing a much broader cross-section of the population to access our world-class financial services.”

According to him, by opening its third branch within this quarter, the company was demonstrating its confidence in the growth potential of Bahrain.

“Our expansion programme is driven by a strategy to make premium-quality financial services easily accessible across the country through an extensive nationwide network,” Mr Adeeb said.

“It is also based on extensive market research, and our confidence in long- and short-term economic indicators in Bahrain.”

Located in Manama’s Al Muthanna Building next to Yateem Centre, the new branch complements LuLu Exchange’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its presence in high potential markets and bring its services closer to customers.

The branch was inaugurated by Pakistani Ambassador Jauhar Saleem in the presence of the company’s board of directors and senior management.
