In Bahrain you can have it at Centeral Cafe opposite divya textiles in Manama, Samira Restaurant opp Al Hamra Cinema and Mysoore Rest as well.

It is small enough to fit completely in one’s mouth. Its Place of origin is india, u will find it in the restaurant next 2 the church in manama
