The Islamic Affairs Ministry has issued an order forbidding restaurants and coffee shops to open during daylight in Ramadan.
After sunset you will find everything to be up-and-running like usual... even staying open until the early hours of the morning.

None, almost all of them are either shut down or closed during the Daytime in Ramadan..
all mostly open at iftar time , cuz they get GOOD BUISNESS !
