A FUNDRAISING fair will be held at the British School of Bahrain (BSB) next month to celebrate the school’s ethnic diversity and international student body.

The fourth annual International Family Fair will be held on December 6 from 10am to 3pm.

It’s being organised by Friends of the British School of Bahrain, a group of volunteer school parents.

The event is open to the public and aims to raise money for school improvements, with 10 per cent going to a local charity.

Jewellery, art and crafts will be available at stalls. The event will also feature Santa’s Grotto, an international tea house, games and rides.

Young visitors can get a novelty “passport” stamped at different country’s stalls around the fair.

Raffle prizes available include restaurant vouchers, electronic goods and two Qatar Airways tickets worth BD500 to your destination of choice.
